About the event
Scarecrows should be displayed in an arc facing the road on the village green (near the beacon)
Scarecrows should be displayed from Sunday 21 September until Sunday 28 September (the competition period)
Scarecrows must have the generic A4 ‘entry slip’ pinned to their front (like a runner in a race). Download below.
Scarecrows will be judged in their place on the village green on Sunday 28 September at 1pm (you are invited to attend), immediately following Afternoon Tea will be served at the Village Hall when the winning entries will be announced
Scarecrows should be removed from the village green promptly after Afternoon Tea - please be prepared to take your scarecrow home with you
